Policy research with sources
Employees ask in chat about responsibilities, deadlines or approval paths. AIPE answers from your documents and cites the passages.
Learn moreFinancial institutions need traceable answers. AIPE combines source citations with organization-scoped access controls.
Regulatory inquiries, audit prep, policy research — all manual, all time-consuming.
Standard AI tools don't cite traceable sources. For regulated institutions, that's a deal-breaker.
Regulatory knowledge, product details, internal policies — scattered across drives, heads and outdated wikis.
Upload customer data to external AI tools? Out of the question. Skip AI altogether? Also not an option.
Answers using retrieved knowledge context show source citations so teams can verify supporting material.
Organization-scoped RBAC governs access. Selected model providers receive relevant request data; deployment and data-processing requirements are reviewed per customer.
Automated audit prep, policy research, report drafting — accelerated, not replaced.
In financial services, the fastest answer is not what counts – the traceable one is. Policies, product documentation, audit reports and internal work instructions change constantly, and anyone giving an answer has to show what it is based on. This is where many general-purpose AI tools fall short: they sound convincing, but have no connection to your organization's documents.
That is why AIPE starts with knowledge. You upload policies, handbooks and templates into files and projects, maintain working drafts in the wiki and let AIPE link terms and relationships in the knowledge graph. Answers drawn from retrieved knowledge show their sources, so business units, compliance and internal audit can check the underlying content themselves. Roles, groups and per-resource sharing determine who can see what.

Question in AIPE chat; the assistant searches the documents the person has access to.
Unclear whether the document found is the current version.
The answer cites its sources; the passage can be opened and checked directly.
A memo is written by hand and filed in yet another folder.
Create the memo as a wiki page or Office document in Canvas and share it with the team.
The same question is researched again next quarter.
Knowledge stays findable in the wiki and graph; recurring queries run as routines.
Every resource in AIPE belongs to an organization and follows its permissions. Which model providers receive request data is configurable; we review deployment and data processing requirements for each customer before any customer data is processed.
For document storage with strict data sovereignty requirements, connect a self-hosted Nextcloud. Systems without a connector can be reached via API and MCP, or through the Worker on a computer where the application runs.
