Central permission model
Roles, groups and sharing per resource instead of separate permissions in every AI tool.
Learn moreYou're expected to roll out AI safely, at scale, and compliantly — without losing control. AIPE is the enterprise AI infrastructure IT leaders actually need.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot — everywhere, uncontrolled, with company data. IT is the last to know.
Customer, production and HR data inside US-based AI services. The DPO is not amused.
ERP, CRM, DMS — all supposed to be connected to AI. But how? With whom? On what architecture?
Who can use which AI capability with which data? Today, that question has no answer.
Granular RBAC controls who sees organization data and uses each AI capability.
Model providers are configurable. Selected providers receive relevant request data; deployment and data-processing requirements are reviewed per customer.
AIPE plugs into your existing system landscape: ERP, CRM, DMS, SharePoint. No rip-and-replace.
IT leaders are caught between two expectations: business units want to use AI right away, while data protection and management expect control. Without a central platform, the result is shadow IT, scattered subscriptions and data ending up in tools nobody has approved.
AIPE is built on organization-scoped permissions. Every resource – file, agent, skill, wiki page, chat – belongs to an organization and follows its roles and sharing. Models and providers are configurable, and your own keys can be stored. For integrations, there are connectors, an API for importing documents and knowledge, and MCP in both directions. The AIPE Worker reaches systems without an interface through an approved computer.
For the rollout this means: you clarify providers, roles and contracts once, centrally, and then give the business units a vetted framework. New use cases are built as agents, routines or skills inside that framework instead of as another tool with its own data store. That reduces review effort and gives IT its overview back.

Learn moreA business unit wants yet another AI tool with its own subscription.
The need is implemented as an agent or routine on the existing platform.
Data protection, contracts and providers are reviewed again for every tool.
Model providers, roles and DPA are already settled; only the use case is assessed.
Custom interfaces or manual uploads.
Connector, API, MCP or Worker – depending on what the target system allows.
No overview of usage and costs.
Usage and budgets in one report per cost center.
The Worker belongs to exactly one user in an organization, authenticates with its own device key and accepts remote tasks only after local enablement. Which providers receive request data is configurable; we review deployment and data processing for each customer.
Connectors cover widely used tools; Nextcloud is suited for self-hosted file storage.
