What does ChatGPT Business cost compared with AIPE?

Is ChatGPT data stored in the EU?
OpenAI offers data residency in Europe (EEA and Switzerland) for eligible new Enterprise and Edu workspaces, optionally with in-region inference. AIPE is primarily hosted in Germany; which model providers receive a request depends on the selected model and is listed in the DPA.
Is company data used for training?
According to OpenAI, business data in Business and Enterprise is not used for training by default, and OpenAI signs a Data Processing Addendum. At AIPE, the data processing agreement rules out using customer data for training, and the same is agreed with the model providers.
Can I use GPT models in AIPE too?
Yes. GPT models are available in AIPE alongside Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek and Qwen. Your organisation decides which providers are allowed.
