What is AIPE?
AIPE is an AI platform for companies: chat with leading AI models, a knowledge base with a knowledge graph, agents and routines, connectors to your systems and the AIPE Worker for tasks on Mac or Windows computers – with roles and permissions per organisation.
Can I use AIPE in line with the GDPR?
AIPE publishes a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with technical and organisational measures and the list of sub-processors. Under the agreement, customer data is not used to train AI models, and the same is agreed with the model providers. Whether a specific use is GDPR compliant also depends on your legal basis and your processes.
Where is AIPE hosted?
The platform primarily runs at Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Deutschland. Which model providers receive a request depends on the selected model; providers, locations and transfer bases are listed with the sub-processors in the data processing agreement.
Which AI models can my team use?
Leading model families such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek and Qwen are available in one interface. Your organisation decides which model providers are allowed; your own provider keys (BYOK) can be added for the organisation or per person.
What does AIPE cost?
AIPE is billed in plans per user, monthly or yearly. AI model usage is charged by actual consumption. Current plan and token prices are public on the pricing page.
Which systems can I connect?
Connectors exist for Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Nextcloud, HubSpot, ClickUp, Propstack and SMTP. Documents and knowledge can be imported via API, AIPE can be connected via MCP and you can add your own MCP servers.
How quickly can we start?
You register your organisation, invite your team by email and connect connectors by signing in to each service. How long a company-wide rollout takes depends on your systems and your permission concept; we are happy to plan it with you in a demo.
